Targeted healing for the knee
The knee is one of the joints under the most strain and is therefore always a bit of a trouble spot. Whenever your knee hurts or swells up, it’s time to apply a soothing Retterspitz Kniebandage. Specially designed for use on the knee, it provides both secure support and maximum freedom of movement and effectively stabilises the joint. The bandage provides relief for a variety of knee complaints and, thanks to its special 2-in-1 design, in which the inner wrap is firmly attached to the outer wrap, it is very easy to apply without any assistance.

How to use: Fold the Velcro fastener inwards and tightly roll up the outer wrap (Molton fabric) until you reach the inner wrap. There, fix it in place using the small Velcro strip. Soak the inner wrap in a mixture of 50 ml cold water and 50 ml of the liquid for external use "Retterspitz Äußerlich" until it is fully saturated. Wring it out until it stops dripping, then roll up the bandage all the way to the end. Starting with the soaked inner wrap and ending with the outer wrap, wrap the bandage around the affected knee, avoiding creases wherever possible. Once finished, secure in place using the Velcro fasteners. Now the best thing to do is elevate the legs and rest as the evaporative atmosphere’s healing effect develops.

How to use
For normal skin, you need approx. 1200 ml of liquid (60 ml Retterspitz Äußerlich and 60 ml water).
Fold the Velcro fastener inwards and tightly roll up the outer wrap (Molton fabric) until you reach the inner wrap. There, fix it in place using the small Velcro strip.
Soak the inner wrap in the solution until it is fully saturated. Wring out the inner wrap until it stops dripping, then tightly roll up the bandage all the way to the end. Starting with the soaked inner wrap and ending with the outer wrap, wrap the bandage around the affected knee, avoiding creases wherever possible. Once finished, secure the wrap in place using the Velcro fasteners. The outer wrap must completely cover the inner wrap.
The best thing to do is to simply rest and allow the evaporative atmosphere of Retterspitz Äußerlich begins to take effect. Remove the wrap after around two hours.
