How to use
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 drops of Retterspitz Entspannungsöl on some sugar or in a glass of warm water 1-3 times a day. For inhalation, add 3-4 drops of Retterspitz Entspannungsöl to hot water. For external use, rub a few drops into the affected skin areas.
