How to use
Adults generally take 2 level spoonfuls (10–15 g) of Retterspitz Abführpulver dissolved in approximately 250 ml of water. The laxative effect begins after eight to ten hours.
For a rapid bowel movement, dissolve 4 level spoonfuls (20–30 g) in approximately 500 ml of water and drink.
Children over 6 years of age receive half the recommended dose.
