- The voucher is only valid for purchasing our products via this online shop, by telephone or in the flagship store.
- If the gift voucher is lost or otherwise destroyed, neither the purchaser nor the recipient has the right to reimbursement.
- If the gift voucher is not redeemed or if an order is placed that is less than the full value of the gift voucher, repayment in cash, partial payment in cash, or any other kind of refund of the gift voucher value is not possible. If the value of the gift voucher is higher than the purchase price of a concluded sales contract, the remaining value of the gift voucher continues to be valid.
